Online PDF proofs represent the design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement of the finished piece. Products will be printed exactly as they appear during the approval step so be sure to review carefully. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly. Copyright By submitting artwork to our website for printing, you affirm ownership of publication rights and agree to protect and hold harmless CreativeGraphicsOnline.com (and our business partners or employees) from any claim or demand (including attorneys’ fees) made by any third party due to or arising out of a project produced for you through our site.
Products created using creativegraphicsonline.com designs, templates, fonts or images may not be copied, duplicated or reproduced for any reason without written permission.
Warranty CreativeGraphicsOnline.com will produce your order with the standards of the commercial printing industry and print to “pleasing color”. We cannot guarantee the final product will match the colors as they appear on display monitors or printers since there is no way we can compensate for all the possible variances. When one color products are ordered with uploads of full color logos, images, etc. the image will be converted to grayscale and print in the color ordered.
Several products allow "your choice*" ink colors (standard PMS colors - does not include metallics or fluorescents). If ink colors are not specified in the special instructions, it will cause delays in production and Creative Graphics reserves the right to refuse the order or print one of our "standard" colors that will match closest (call about CGO Standard Ink Colors).
We are not responsible for any color changes due to the conversion from RGB to CMYK and recommend files be submitted in CMYK. For information about how to build your files, please see our FAQ page.
Creativegraphicsonline.com is not liable for any delivery problems, delays, damages or losses that may occur as a result of the third-party delivery provider, invalid shipping information, acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations Cancellation of an order is subject to a 25% charge once the order has been placed. If production has been scheduled there will be no refunds. Returns Because each order is personalized, we do not accept returns.
Any claims for quality issues must be brought to our attention in writing within 48 hrs of receipt. Replacement will be made when we receive the returned product (at the customers expense) and have determined the claim is valid and caused by us. Creative Graphics liability will be limited to no more than the original price and production (less shipping) without additional charge for special or consequential damage.
In the event of a dispute relating to any purchase or use of this site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Scott County, MN.
